1. Bring enough to feed at least two dozen people.

2. Contribution should be already prepared -- not just ingredients.

3. Fruit should be pre-washed and cheese pre-sliced.

4.There is  kitchen space to prepare or cook contributions on site(but you must arrive early enough to utilize it),
   there is also refrigeration space  for storage.

5. Label contributions with ingredients and serving instructions.

6. Upon arrival, take your potluck contribution to the kitchen area.

7. If your contribution is to be served hot and just needs a bit of reheating (10 to 15 minutes), put in a
a dish that can be heating in the microwave or oven.      

8. If it needs to cook longer, bring it in a crock pot or slow cooker that can be plugged in.

9. If it needs to be kept cool until it is served, ask that it be refrigerated.

10. Remember to pick up your dish at the end of the potluck feast.
